What sets Sue Davis Piano Works apart from other piano studios? The emphasis on FUN!!! When your student signs up for lessons, this is what you can expect:
Great music!
Your child will love the songs he/she is learning to play.
Technology!
The studio uses a number of great apps and programs to help students learn notes, strengthen rhythm reading, do ear training, compose music, and lots more.
Online lessons!
If your student is under the weather or the weather itself is not the greatest, your child can still have a lesson online via video chat.
Summer Music Camps!
Several super-fun weeklong music camps are offered in the summer for students to hone their music skills. Camps range from the indoor, small group setting to high-energy, outdoors, getting wet kind of activities. There’s something for everyone.
Games. Games, Games!
Nothing is more fun than reinforcing the musical concepts being learned at the piano with a great music theory game to help tie it all together. We have tons of great games for students to enjoy while learning.
Opportunities to make new friends!
Learning to play the piano does not have to be a lone sport. Getting together with peers to perform, play music games, and learn makes it all so much fun. Many students go on to develop longtime friendships with students that they met at piano lessons.
Opportunities to develop confidence through performance!
Students begin to develop confidence by performing for their peers in a non-threatening environment. Recital opportunities as well as competitions are available for interested students to display their piano prowess.
Opportunities for either private or group lessons!
Some students work better one-on-one and some enjoy engaging with others. Sue Davis Piano Works offers both private and group lessons to help meet the needs of each student.
A classical approach for the serious pianist!
Students who prefer a more in depth study of classical literature will have the opportunity to study music from masters of the Baroque, Classical, Romantic, Impressionistic, and 20th Century eras.
